Absolute Danz teaches American Style Smooth and Rhythm as well as International Style Standard and Latin. American Style Smooth consists of Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz. American Style Rhythm consists of Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, and Mambo. International Style Standard consists of Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep. International Latin consists of Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive.

Absolute Danz also teaches a variety of club style dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Hustle, and Jitterbug.
